WNA Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design services for a 68,000 square foot fit-out of Gecko Robotics at Nova Place. Programming for the space included open office areas, electric lab, server room, toilet rooms, reception and conference center area, multipurpose area, testing and assembly area, machine shop and robot staging space, and a storage/loading area.

Some challenges of the design were utilizing existing HVAC systems, providing outside air to the space and negative pressure for the lab spaces to permit flexibility.
