Take a look at some of our recent engineering projects we have been working on
The project is described as the conversion of an existing coffee shop (1,480 sf) into a Federal Credit Union for Clearview at 333 Penn Center East in Monroeville, PA. Existing toilet rooms to remain with some minor finish upgrades. Lighting will be new LED fixtures. Existing HVAC to remain. There will be a new coffee station, break room sink and janitor’s sink added to the project.
As projects take shape, different issues come to light that weren’t originally approved. With building surveying, WNA will re-draw designs to better fit your needs than the original plan. Something didn’t go according to plan? We can survey the system and see what we have to do to fix ongoing project issues. Other aspects of this service could potentially include 3D scanning, as-built document analysis, or existing condition surveys.
