Bring Your Child To Work Day gives children a glimpse into the professional world, offering an opportunity to see what the adults in their lives do. It also allows them to experience and explore the career possibilities out there. We feel that by inviting children in our workplace, we are helping mentor and hopefully inspire the next generation. Our team members get the opportunity to show what life in an engineering firm looks like, and also the importance of collaboration, communication, and compassion. It was great to see the children of so many team members!
