WNA Engineering provided MEP/FP design services for Garfield Highlands, a 25-unit residential development featuring nine freestanding homes and eight duplexes. The project includes a thoughtful mix of unit sizes, with fourteen three-bedroom units and eleven two-bedroom units, all designed to meet PHFA square footage requirements. Accessibility was a key priority, with four fully accessible two-bedroom units meeting Visitable standards, plus two additional units designed for hearing and vision-impaired residents. The design addressed the site’s topography challenges while maximizing accessibility throughout the community.
