WNA Engineering provided design services for a complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing renovation of an existing 3-story, 12,000 sq ft building for Allegheny Petroleum located in Monroeville, PA. A new electrical service was provided along with all new LED lighting incorporated with daylight controls. All toilet rooms were upgraded to be ADA compliant with new plumbing fixtures. A new water heater was installed to serve the plumbing fixtures. The HVAC system was provided with a new roof mounted air handling unit, new branch ductwork, and VAV controls and electric reheat.
