Clearview Federal Credit Union

WNA Engineering provided MEP / FP design services for the conversion of an existing coffee shop (1,480 sf) into a Clearview Federal Credit Union at 333 Penn Center East in Monroeville, PA. The existing toilet rooms were provided with new fixtures with some minor finish upgrades. The existing lighting was replaced with new LED fixtures. The existing HVAC system was modified to accommodate the new space. A new coffee station, break room sink, and janitor’s sink were added to the project.
