Grist House

This project is described as a new building with a large bar area to serve customers. New large gang bathrooms with indoor and outdoor to serve the large number of guests seen by this facility. Infrastructure was included to support the addition of a future kitchen. New plumbing and electrical utility services were included as part of this project. Given the project location’s history of flooding, this building was designed to be operational hours after high water receded.
