WNA Engineering is responsible for MEP/FP and Fire Alarm services across four floors of prime Manhattan real estate for a brand name clothing retailer. Phase 1 construction has been completed, and Phase 2 has commenced on the 225,900 sq ft space.
One notable design feature of the project are out-spaces on two of the building’s southeast corners. Expected delivery is September 2025.
