Hayward Hall is the center of study of the Health Sciences and Fashion/Textile curricula on the East Falls Campus of Thomas Jefferson University. For 30 years, WNA staff has led renovation and MEP infrastructure projects for the building.

The project encompassed work on three existing labs on the top floor of the three-story building. Approximately 3,000 square feet comprised of teaching and research space, plus offices, conference rooms, and an IT main distribution frame room were included in the scope of work. Alterations for a new break out area with kitchenette were also part of this academic project.
