An empty shell was completely transformed into beautiful new offices for wealth management advisors of TIAA Financial Services Pittsburgh. TIAA provides in-person retirement counseling and financial advising services, and recently moved to Liberty East at 141 South Saint Clair Street.

A collaborative approach brought together project, construction, and interiors teams, with WNA Engineering providing mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services. Electrical services were also in the scope of work which included power, innovative lighting design, and fire alarm system for the new office environment.
