Construction Administration
WNA Engineering utilizes the team approach to protect our engineers’ overall designs and provide security on delivering the best outcome for the client. We understand that it takes coordinated efforts between owner, architect, engineer, construction administrator and contractor during the construction phase. Our team will manage answering requests for information, punch lists, shop drawing reviews, site visits and reports.
Construction Procurement
WNA will secure the necessary supplies and services to ensure completion of your design and installation. We will create the official procurement management plan and partner with local architects, contractors, suppliers, and other required service providers that best fit the project. Once awarding and singing the contract, we will prepare the schedules that clearly explain expenses, resources, and milestones.
On-Site Field Supervision
Throughout the process of a project, WNA will be present at the project site to ensure administration and quality control of the project. WNA will supervise that there is proper installation of procedures including types of products, materials, techniques, and jobsite safety.
Owner Representation
WNA will represent the owner’s interest by ensuring that the contractors are adhering to the project specifications. As owner representation WNA can ensure that your project aligns with required codes, standards, and quality concerns. Utilizing owner’s representation can aid in reducing projects costs by having greater control over the scope of the project, schedule, and other elements of the project.
