WNA Engineering utilizes the team approach to protect our engineers’ overall designs and provide security on delivering the best outcome for the client. We understand that it takes coordinated efforts between owner, architect, engineer, construction administrator and contractor during the construction phase. Our team will manage answering requests for information, punch lists, shop drawing reviews, site visits and reports.
On-Site Field Supervision
Throughout a project, WNA will be at the site overseeing field operations and quality control of the project. WNA will ensure proper procedures are executed for the installation of products and materials, construction techniques and job site safety requirements.
Owner Representation
WNA will represent the owner’s interests ensuring contractors are adhering to project specifications, and that the project aligns with required codes, standards, and quality concerns. Utilizing owner’s representation can aid in reducing costs by having greater control over project scope, schedule and other elements.
