Gecko Robotics at Nova Place

WNA Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design services for a 68,000 sq ft fit-out for Gecko Robotics at Nova Place. Programming for the space included Open Office areas for the business area, Operations and Engineering, Research and Development, an Electric Lab, a Server Room, Toilet Rooms, a Reception/Conference Center area, a Multipurpose Area, Testing, Assembly, a Machine Shop & Robot Staging, and a Storage/Loading Area. Some of the challenges for the design were utilizing existing HVAC systems, providing outside air to the space and negative pressure for the Lab spaces to allow for flexibility.
